Dr. Sakthivel Balasubramaniyan is a distinguished Computational Chemist and AI/ML Bioscience Researcher with an extraordinary track record spanning top global research institutions in Japan, China, and India. He holds a Ph.D. in Medicinal Chemistry from Anna University, Tiruchirappalli, Tamil Nadu, India. He is currently working as a postdoctoral researcher at the Institute for Chemical Reaction Design and Discovery (ICReDD), Hokkaido University, Japan. Previously, he conducted oncology-focused research at Anticancer Bioscience, China. Dr. Sakthivel specializes in AI/ML-driven drug discovery, reaction prediction, and natural bioactive metabolite screening.
Author of more than 17 high-impact international publications and a reviewer for leading publishers such as the Royal Society of Chemistry and Springer, he leads the scientific validation framework at YWOL Movement.
